Internships

We are looking for undergraduate students or recent graduates who can demonstrate that they seek to gain hands-on experience in grassroots community development within a national organization. The APIAVote Internship Program strives to encourage and cultivate young AAPI student leaders to explore a career in the public sector or the political arena. This internship program will also provide hands-on experience and training on how to organize and implement voter activities to increase the participation of AAPIs in the electoral process.

Our applications are currently closed for our paid summer internships. Summer internship applications typically open in January.

We are open to review applications for unpaid internships during fall, spring and winter terms. Please reach out to our Youth Programs Director, Kathryn Quintin at kquintin@apiavote.org for more information.

Don’t forget to check out our youth page to learn more about APIAVote’s internships and programs!

About APIAVote

Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote (APIAVote) is the preeminent national nonpartisan nonprofit that promotes civic participation in Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities through engagement, education, and partnerships.
