Party Conventions

Since 2008, APIAVote has hosted AAPI convention mixers at both DNC and RNC conventions. In August 2020, we co-hosted convention events with the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (“APIACS”) and the National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (“NCAPA”), where we provided an overview of the AAPI electorate. Focusing on key policy issues important to the AAPI community, which we identify by conducting the Asian American Voter Survey, we provide guidance and advice to both political parties on how to engage the AAPI community.
