Kareena Salvi

Program Associate, Youth Engagement and Field

Kareena Salvi (she/her/hers) is the Program Associate for Youth Engagement and Field at Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote (APIAVote). In this role, she implements effective leadership training, organizing and civic engagement programming targeting Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) students and their networks. 

She currently holds a BA from Drew University with a major in Political Science and minors in Spanish, Dance, and Law, Justice, and Society. Kareena has served in several roles from Student Government President to interning at the Sikh Coalition, the nation’s largest Sikh civil rights organization as a Policy and Advocacy intern. Outside of APIAVote, she is passionate about dance, serving as a communication tool, and building community. She hopes to contribute to the transformational work at APIAVote and help craft the path towards positive change by empowering the AAPI community.
